NEVER rent a car in A CROSS RENT A CAR

Dear Travelers,
i just rented a car in this so called company, i took a short trip to the Chiquitania and when i returned, the front lights of the left side had pop out, after 2 days trying to get a fair and technical answer, turns out to be this thief company had given me a broken and crushed car for rent, in terrible conditions with the chassis broken and the suspension in bad shape, and that it was a miracle that i got to Santa Cruz safe with my 2 children. They didn't accept any responsibility on the condition of the car and sand they executed 1500$us of warranty saying that i broke it in the trip. Having no right for reply due to the so known contracts they make you sign. Please if you are trying to rent a car in Santa Cruz de la Sierra look for the international rentals companies and above all don't even try A CROSS RENT A CAR in 4th Ring and Radial 27.
