Mima Foundation is a non-profit organization that sends teams of medical personnel with many different specialties on medical missions to various countries, including Bolivia where they have worked in towns where specialized health care is lacking.

The organization accepts both volunteer applications and donations for these medical missions that are so essential for Bolivia.

All the members are volunteers; no one is a paid employee and all funds are raised by the team members. It costs approximately $1200 to send a team member on a trip, and all donations are tax deductible. MIMA Foundation, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization recognized by the IRS.
