why is it so bad??

why is it so bad?? this man thomas, malnourished and nearly dead, started these tours as a means of survival.. hard to judge him, i think survival is the key in that situation. every story has 2 sides and although abhorent as it may seem having the children in jail is the best option available. now the jail has its own economy and these tours unquestionably increased the prison economy and in doing so probably fed a lot of mouths that would have otherwise gone hungry? good article... too 1 sided
