What festival are Bolivian "cocadas" associated with?

i have this assignment due on the 4/4/12. Do you know what festival cocadas (coconut candy) come from and any infomation about it. i have searched the web but can not find anything only recipes that i have already got. i have asked my teacher, family members and friends weather they know anything about the festival and what role the food plays in the festival. They dont anything and i need help.

As far as I know cocadas aren't related to any festival, they're just a dessert we make. Not all our foods are related to festivals or other events. Sometimes they're just things we eat or they are typical to a certain region. But maybe somebody else knows something I don't.
