My company uses Shimatours to book all our flights. I don't know how they do it but they always get us on the flights we need even when they are supposedly sold out.
Their personnel are courteous and knowledgeable. Shimatours has been in Bolivia for over 30 years. I'm happy to recommend them. Their personnel speak English, Spanish and Japanese.
