Urgent help needed to return Bolivian from London

I am writing to ask for help with an urgent matter. 

My father’s friend Martin Escobar recently died from lung cancer. He comes from Bolivia and he has no other family in England, where he suddenly passed away. I have set a fundraising page on just giving to raise money to take his body to Bolivia.
