Salsa de Albahaca - Basilic Sauce

Albahaca is basil. In Bolivia we use basilic sauce mostly on hot dogs and hamburgers and less so on salads! Here's what you'll need:

1 cup of plain yoghurt
4 tablespoons of white vinegar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves, chopped tiny
1 teaspoon of green onion tails
2 cloves of fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Simply blend all the ingredients together and drizzle some on your hamburger or hot dog instead of ketchup! Delish!
