New Coffee Bar in Santa Cruz hiring English-speaking baristas

KIWI?S COFFEE, a brand new coffee bar located downtown, is now hiring in preparation for opening for the following positions:
? BARISTA ? FULL-TIME ? 7am - 9pm ? 5-6 days/week
? BARISTA ? PART-TIME ? 7am - 9pm ? 1-2 days/week

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Barista is responsible for efficiently preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, serving food items, performing transactions, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, and, most importantly, always providing excellent customer service.
The Barista greets all customers with a friendly smile, initiates dialogue and develops rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items, and always delivers the highest level of service, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Ability to converse in English and Spanish.
? Must be organized, punctual, and professional.
? Must be cheerful, friendly, and helpful.
? Prior work experience is desirable, but NOT necessary.
