International drivers license in Bolivia

Does anyone know if it's possible to obtain an international drivers license document in Santa Cruz? I hold a drivers license from New Zealand, but ran out of time to organise the international one before arriving in Bolivia.

international DL must be issued in the current country where you hold your original DLs....they work together with your current unexpired drivers licence....they are websites that issue International Dls and they will ship them to you from where your original country where your unexpired licences was issed for a fee....search the internet and you will find many sites, prices and services
