Does it have to be La Paz ? My wife´s grandmother is selling her estate in Cochabamba, i´ve thought about it and its perfect for a hostel , in every way. aditionally, there seems to be no hostel so far in the city, so big business opportunity, that i would like to take myself but im leaving the country in August.
