I have a question about a recipe that you don't have listed....

I grew up in Bolivia since my parents were missionaries. This dish was my absolute favorite, but I don't see it mentioned anywhere. I might have just missed it though ^^;; Does anyone know about a dish called Keperi (spelling?) Its beef, I think, and it usually comes with a side of rice.
