Usually people stay in San Ignacio de Velasco and do a day-long tour that goes through Santa Ana, San Rafael, and San Miguel and returns to San Ignacio in the afternoon. However, if you are touring on your own or want the experience of staying in a really remote town, there are a couple of places you can find a place to stay. Be prepared for the bare basics. You may also find some meals are not available.

It's the largest hotel in San Ignacio de Velasco and right on the main plaza. If you want comfort and good service and are willing to pay a bit more, this is probably the best choice for you.
