Getting Small farm in Bolivia?

Hi. I need to choose between Bolivia and Nicaragua for my next adventure. How possible is it to buy a small farm in Bolivia and is it safe enough for a single person to live on a small farm with his dog.

Getting a small farm/acreage

I, too, am wondering the same. I have decided Tarija would be where I would like to go, but have found very little info on the ability of buying a small farm; availability of specialized horticultural varieties (seeds/bulbs/bare root stock) and what the procedures are - if any - for the importation of plants/seeds/bulbs .
