fee for someone who wants to leave early?

my friend has a tourist visa and went and bought a round trip for two weeks to bolivia. so she failed to make her departure flight and wants to come back to dominican republic. is this considered a overstay because a tourist visa last for 90 days? what can she do?

even though her visa is for 90 days. she was only going there for 2 weeks round trip. the day for her to return she never made the flight. She had received an invitation from someone over there for a month.

Your question is hard to understand. Her tourist visa to Bolivia is for 90 days. If she want to leave Bolivia earlier that's up to her. There is no fine for leaving early. However, there is a fine if she stays longer than 90 days.

Not really understanding where she missed her flight.
