Do I need a travel visa from Peru to Bolivia?

by Russell
(Chicago)

I am a U.S. citizen. I am traveling to Peru and Bolivia. Bolivia states that you need a tourist visa, but Peru does not. If I am in Peru first, do I still need a tourist visa to enter Bolivia next?

No matter what country you are entering from, you do need a tourist visa to Bolivia if you are American. The cost is $135.
