Chinese Restaurants in Santa CruzRecetas en Español • Restaurant Review • Grocery Stores • Markets There are several Chinese restaurants in Santa Cruz. Most are owned by Chinese families and offer authentic Chinese food. New Canton and San Ho have great Sunday buffet style brunches. Tang Seafood specializes in seafood Chinese. They are the three I tend to prefer and frequent, although I have eaten at least once at each of the others. Chinese food tends to be rather greasy to begin with, but you should beware that in general, in Bolivia people use an extraordinary amount of oil when cooking. In addition, MSG is used abundantly in restaurants and when cooking at home. It's called AJINOMOTO here, so you can ask if your food contains it.
