can i stay at the hotel portales?

Is the hotel Portales in Cochabamba a real hotel or is it just called that? I heard it was a museum and they give tours because it use to be someone's castle. Has anyone stayed there before? How big is it and is it really a castle?

There are two entities involved, one a cultural center (house once owned by tin magnate Simon Patino) and an actual hotel. The hotel is a good hotel.
