buganvillas earns their five stars

I had a great time at Buganvillas. It's really close to town but once you're inside you don't notice the city. It's really big with lots of tropical plants. I was really surprised to find the hotel has a huge regulation-sized soccer field! The pools were clean. One of them has a bar inside it. You actually sit on the barstools, which are in the water and the bartender crosses a bridge to get to the bar. Pretty cool. Our apartment was huge! And it had air conditioning (loved that!). We paid a little over $100 a night for a whole apartment with a kitchen and everything. We would have paid 3-4 times that in the U.S. More like a vacation rental home or a time-share. A great hotel. Loved it. Happy to recommend it.
