Thai Citizen to enter Bolivia

Hi guys, I'm Thai nationality and holding Thai passport. I'm planing to travel to Bolivia for a few days. As there's no Bolivian Consulate here in Thailand and not much information on the internet for visa application. so here's my questions ;

- Do Thai citizen require visa prior to arrival? Or we can do visa on arrival?
- If the visa require, can I apply at Lima, Peru? And what document do I have to prepare as well as the process term?

Visa to Bolivia. Thai Citizen

To whom it may concern; I am a Thai citizen and would like to travel to Bolivia for tourist purpose. There will be 3 Thai Citizens traveling together.

I will be traveling to Bolivia from Peru in July.

Please kindly advise me what I need to send you and approximately how long will it may take.

There is no Bolivia Embassy or Consulate here in Thailand. The closest is in Japan.
