Applying for a Visa to Bolivia

Hi, I understand that there is no embassy of Bolivia in Singapore. Please advise me on how to apply for a visa for my boss who is a non-Singaporean citizen. He will be travelling to Bolivia on a business trip.

It depends on his country of citizenship (passport) not on the country from which he is traveling. If there is no Bolivian consulate in your area, you can use the nearest consulate to your region. Any Bolivian consulate.
