About the travel visas

I just wanted to confirm the information given in "http://www.boliviabella.com/visa.html" as to the visa extensions. I talked my local Bolivian embassy today (March 8th) and they confirmed that those who don't need a visa prior to visiting Bolivia get a 90-day visa-free stay, and that there are no extensions like before (go to a neighboring country and get another 90-days).

Those who would like to stay longer need to apply for a specific purpose visa and tell the embassy staff why they wanna spend more than 90 days in their country.
