You are telling your story from when you was 10 years old,everything is differant now!!I`ve read Marching Powder and have also watched all the video`s relating to LaPaz !These visits also benefit prisoners and their familys .I have been saving up for some time now so to visit LaPaz and the rest of South America and the words from a ten year old isn`t going to change my mind about visiting ! Your story is very insightfull and have found it an interesting read and thank you for sharing your views .
