Adopted from Bolivia at 3 months old and looking for biological parents

I was adopted from an orphanage in Bolivia at the young age of 3 months old. I do not know anything about my biological parents my parents told me that my biological mother had me in the hospital and then left saying she was going to come back with money to pay a bill but she never came back. I guess she knew that at that particular hospital I would be taken to a certain orphanage that would allow children to be adopted to US families. I was born in La Paz and I am Aymara, that's all I really know. I would like to know more and possible try and find my biological parents just to see what they look like and who I look like. I would also like to know if I have any biological siblings. I am more than blessed to have been adopted and my parents are my parents no doubt about it!!!! If anyone has any tips or suggestions on how to even go about looking for my biological parents I would appreciate it!!!!
