Who wants to open a hostel in Cochabamba?

Hi everybody! My wife´s grandmother is selling her house in Cala Cala, CBBA, its amazing with a big garden and spacious rooms, perfect to open a hostel. If anybody is interested please leave your email or contact me through my website interpretescz.jimdo.com ! I cant do it myself because im lacking the recources and i will leave the country by August 2012. Anyways, the property is beautiful! She would sell it for private use as well of course. price for the home

The price is / was 540.000$. It appears as if after 8 months the house has finally found a buyer but if that does not come into being i´ll put a new post here!
