I used to love street food in old Santa Cruz in los pozos market, almost all kind of food u can find, once i had chance eat an armadillo(not in market but a remote bus stop they sell, taste is alright).
Breakfasts: Saltena, empanadas con queso, sweet and creamish drink with boiled corn inside(brown in color and warm).
Snacks: empanada de pollo(deep fried),fried yucca with grill beef and some chili sauce. Saljicha con papa(sausage with potato fry), intestine with peanut sauce, sour pork skin with onion, deep fried corn with few dry pork pieces, talmales con queso, talmales con carne. burgers. roasted pork with skin on(tasty), arroz con leche, flan, puffs made with variety of grains, corn wheat rice.
Drinks: lima limon, chicha de mani, mocuchichi(not sure if spelling right), tamarindo, banana with milk, papaya with milk, strabery with milk, coconut drink.
lunch and dinner: went out to eat at old termail, grilled beef and sausage were pretty good. I ate too much snacks, can't try any more dinners :)
