What happens if I have an expired Bolivian visa?

Hello everyone! I've already read some visa topics here connected with the expiration of visa and paying the fine, but still have some questions.

My visa is expired around 3-4 months ago. In some days I want to go to Chile for several days for some business. Does anyone knows if it is a problem to get into Bolivia after Chile without problems (or not essential problems)? And also will they put any stamp (besides paying the fine) that can be a problem for obtaining other visas? Thank you all who can help with this issue!
