What are some of the differences between Amboro and Madidi National park

Hi, I'm visiting Bolivia in a few months. I fly in to the country in Santa Cruz and out from La Paz and stay about four weeks. I'm planning the route to take, and want to visit either Amboro National Park from Buena Vista or Madidi National park. Does anyone knows what the difference between those parks is, comparing the landscape and the flora and fauna you're likely to see? Which one would you recommend and why?
