Volunteering in Bolivia: I want to help directly

At the present i am helping through KIVA. an organization in the U. S. A.. i would like to work directly with the person in need. i would like to talk to him/her/them personally. furnish the money interest free.. maybe have a preist as a go between. because i am catholic i prefer to work with a preist. i have done some volunteer

work in china and the U. S. and have funded some things in china, india and the U. S.. any help would be appreciated. God give you peace
