It would help if you could include the area which this person might be if known. Also on RED UNO television here in Bolivia in the cities of LaPaz and Santa Cruz they have a tv program call QNMP (Que No Me Pierda) which has a nightly schedule of 10pm and they often have people that are searching for family within Bolivia via their large viewing base.
