Salsa Cruda - Bolivian Pico de Gallo Recipe

You’ll need:
½ cup onion, sliced
½ cup tomato, peeled and finely chopped
1 locoto (chili pepper)
1 teaspoon fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

How to prepare:
All the ingredients must be finely chopped separately, then mixed. Add drops of olive oil or vinegar as dressing, if desired.
