Need land for super food eco retreat in bolivia!

Hi guys, I am thinking of making a super eco retreat for self-sustainable living and non-money based. Does anyone recommend Bolivia (heard you get the most bang for your buck here well beyond that of ecuador where i have checked out vilcabamba).

If annyone does recommend Bolivia, any recommendations for where in bolivia and If there are any properties i could be pointed too that would be great!
