Moving To Bolivia ASAP

Hi I am from Canada and want to move to Bolivia for 1 year and marry my girlfriend who is from and lives in Bolivia. I am looking for a complete list of things needed in order to move there legally and to marry her. I also teach English as a second language, what would be my visa of choice to carry out my goal? Am I able to get the visa I need in Bolivia while traveling on a tourist visa or should I get one before hand? Any and all advice is welcomed and much appreciated.
