Hi, if you want to mail something to Santa Cruz, the package will end up in a mail center that is right near the center of Santa Cruz. If I remember correctly, the building is just one or two blocks off of the main plaza (plaza mayor, with the catedral). You have to go to this building and ask for your package. It is quite disorganized, so be prepared to go there more than once.
