The most delicious and painstakingly made Bolivian classics in a gorgeous restaurant with a huge patio (and umbrellas, thankfully!). The food here is otherworldly. I have now tried virtually everything on the menu--my favorite will always be the Picante Surtido. The amount of food alone is enough for two, easily. Other favorites include the lomo a la paila, their saice, and a solid silpancho. Bife de chorizo argentino cannot be beat here if you're feeling fancy. Sundays are melt-in-your-mouth chicharron and fricase day!!!

The owner, Jorge, is the sweetest guy and will come visit with you and learn your names.

Cannot and will not visit La Paz (which I do yearly) without coming here. It's a can't miss.
