Investing in a Bolivian Business

Hi there, I am a New Zealand citizen and have been presented with an opportunity to invest in an existing small business in Bolivia. What do I need to do to become a part of the business, rather than the investment just being a loan?

Hi Sam, I am English, but based in the US. I am respondimg to your post b/c I too would like to know more about Bolivia.
