How do you buy and register a car in Bolivia?

I really would like to know if it is possible for a danish citizen to buy and register a car in Bolivia. And also if it is possible for me to drive the car to Peru, Chile and Argentina.

Buy and register a car in Bolivia

Danish nationals can buy and register a car. The buyer needs a passport with at least 6 months to expiration date. A special permit is necessary if you are going to cross international borders to Argentina and/or Chile.
