How about some Mint Chutney with your meal tonight?

Ok here we go. My first posting on BoliviaBella.com. Today I will show you how to make Mint Chutney the easiest way possible. You have all the ingredients available to you if you are living in Bolivia.
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 1/2 cups fresh mint leaves
4 green chile pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon blackpepper
1 medium onion, cut into chunks
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup water, or as needed
Simply add all the above ingredients into a food processor or a juicer blender and run for about 4 minutes until it turns into a thick paste.
There you go!
