Ensalada de Palta - Bolivian Avocado Salad

You’ll need:

1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice, if desired
1 tomato, chopped
1 Avocado, peeled, pitted and diced

How to prepare:
In a large bowl, toss together the onion, sliced tomato and avocado just before serving. This salad is for cold dishes only, usually need no dressing, but if you prefer so, add the one listed as “salsa de citricos” (citrus dressing).
