Ensalada de Coliflor - Bolivian Cauliflower Salad

You’ll need:
2 cauliflower heads
2 teaspoons salt
Pepper, as needed
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon of oil
Optional: You can add tomatoes, onions, and hot pepper.

How to prepare:
Cook the cauliflower heads in water with plenty of salt, let boil until they are soft. Drain and let cool.

Cut the Cauliflower into bite size pieces and add salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. This salad can be served hot, Golf salsa is the usual accompanying dressing.
