I cant believe for someone who grew up in la paz that you can not see what goes on you cant blame us gringos for going on a tour of a jail that we have read about in a book i took food in for your people in the poor section of the jail i give away money. my main reason for going was to buy lots of coke thats why i came to your country because you have the best coke but at least i helped out the people in there its the guards and policemen that are at fault if there is anyone to blame in the first place i dont see what is wrong with it everybody wins
