The market the person below is referring to is the Mercado Florida, located 1/2 block up from the 1st ring on Calle Florida, directly across the street from the Hotel Alaska. The fish sellers there are small scale but would be able to tell you who supplies fish. However, as I believe you are in the USA, you may want to contact this company, called DELIMAR, in Santa Cruz. Not sure if they import/export or both:
