Casa Grande Hotel in La Paz, Bolivia

It's always a pleasure to stay at the 5-star Casa Grande Hotel in Calacoto (the southern zone of the city of La Paz, Bolivia). The level of detail and attention given to every room and every guest never ceases to surprise me. This time around the personnel greeted me by name, remembered where I was from, offered me several extra amenities I had requested during my first stay (such as a vaporizer, which they had already set up in my room); and upon seeing that I was having trouble breathing a cup of hot coca tea appeared within minutes.
