Canadian Looking to Invest in Bolivia

I am a Canadian born citizen, looking to move to Bolivia for investment purposes. I know there are other countries in which you can purchase your citizenship if you are willing to demonstrate your ability to desposit a certain amount of funds into their local bank, obviously as a show of good faith, that you are legitimately coming to their country for investment purposes.

I wanted to know if such a situation exists for Bolivia, and if through this process I could obtain citizenship faster than with other routes, and also if I can obtain citizenship without having to stay in Bolivia for an extended period.
