Can Someone Recommend a Local Tour Operator?

Hello, Me and my wife will make a tour to Jaguarland in August. We also would like to experience Bolivia's Landscape (Uyuni and the lagunas), flora, different biotopes and more birds, mammals and butterflies. Most of the tour operators we have contacted are fully booked already... Anybody has a good experience of smaller local operator that can guide us a week or two?
