llajua
by: Carmen Mercado

I use it all the time. My husband is Bolivian, and that's what we use in our llajua..what we find makes the difference is using the quirquina...do you have access to that herb? If not let me know, I have lots of seeds, you can plant your own to have year round.

my email address is carosmercado@gmail.com
I hope that helped :)

You can use it. But it's a little kind of different than the locoto. The flavor is not the same. ;)
