Bolivia visa for dual nationals

Hi, I am travelling to bolivia for a 10 day trip.

I am a national of both unites states and united kingdom and have passports of both countries.
#1 If i am travelling from united states , can i use my british passport to enter as i would not need the visa
# 2 how necessary is the yellow fever vaccination

Yes you can enter on your British passport, no problem.

The yellow fever shot is not very necessary. It is only enforced if you plan to visit tropical areas. Otherwise they don't enforce that much anymore.
