I am an Indonesian citizen living in Indonesia. I intend on visiting Bolivia this upcoming August. However, there is no Bolivian embassy in indonesia, and the latest info in various website suggests that visa on arrival is not available. However, Ive also heard that Category 2 nations can make their visa in Peru, particularly Lima and Cusco.
I was hoping to get more information about this matter. Can Indonesian citizen apply for Bolivian visa in Cusco consulate (will be there for 4 days, prior to entering Bolivia via La Paz)? Or is it really necessary for us to go to China or Japan or Australia or any neighbouring countries to apply for the visa?
