This apartment is located in a secure building and is being offered right now specially for the 10-days of the FEXPO (Feria Exposición), the largest expo fair in Bolivia, which takes place September 17-26.

Hotels are full in Santa Cruz now through the end of September and room rates are sky high, as happens every year during this event. If you're looking for a place to stay on your own, be independent, and near the city center, contact us soon.

$1100 for 10 FEXPO days is the cost for this apartment which is available immediately. If you plan to stay on a few days after the FEXPO, the owners will be happy to oblige. Price includes this fully furnished apartment, free laundry service and free housekeeping 3 times a week.

Electricity, water, local phone calls and cable TV are also included in the price. If you need internet service, the owners will set it up and include it free as well, upon request.

This apartment is being offered at this price for the FEXPO only but will then be available for short term rentals throughout the year by the week or month.

Additionally, the owners have several vehicles and are offering 24-hour chauffer service for $50 a day - your own chauffer on-call 24 hours a day, dedicated only to you and your family or group, back and forth anywhere you want within the city (up to the 4th ring at this price), as often as you want, as early or as late as you want, for $50 bucks a day.
