Father's Day in Bolivia is celebrated on March 19th. Today's post is dedicated to food for fathers. Instead of taking your father out to dinner or buying him a tie, why not have a special celebration at home Bolivian style on Bolivian Father's Day.

Is your dad a meat and potatoes kind of guy? Bolivia is the mecca of meat and potatoes. I could write a dozen posts just on the hundreds (yes, hundreds, I know it's mind boggling) varieties of Bolivian potatoes. Here are the recipes I've shared with you today!
