Where can I get a tattoo in Santa Cruz?

I'm looking for a place to get a tattoo in Santa Cruz, but I need to be sure it's SAFE and hygienic. I also want to be sure the person who does the tattoo is really GOOD and can SPELL correctly. Has anyone gotten a tattoo successfully in Santa Cruz and lived to tell?

 small tatoo price?

does anyone know the price of a small, like two inch by less than half an inch in santa cruz at black and whities or the other tatoo place in the Shopping Bolivar? I really want to get a tatoo in a place that is cheap but also hygenic and any form of tatoo in the states is crazy expensive

I have no idea why this tattoo parlor has this name, but they do a good job. Blackie and Whitie's is in Shopping Bolivar across the street from the central plaza, first floor.

There is a place in Shopping Bolivar (Plaza 24 de Septiembre) called Wilbert Tattoo. It's clean and professional. A tattoo that is about 3" x 3" will cost you around 500 bs. But you walk out knowing that you aren't likely to get some crazy disease from the experience. http://www.fotolog-us.com/wilbertattoo/16438001/ I was there when my friend got a tattoo. The owner/artist is friendly and talented.
